We pride ourselves on offering high-quality, person-centred and outcomes-focused services which give value to the people we serve and are responsive and effective for referral agents. Supporting many people with a wide range of mental health-related needs, including people taking their final steps away from specialist mental health services and striving to get into work, education or training, people in work struggling to manage their wellbeing, people recovering from severe mental ill health who require support over long periods of time, people with severe dementia and complex challenging needs.
Anxious Minds believe that our understanding of what it is like to struggle with your mental wellbeing and our approach to developing high-quality services, coupled with the close partnerships with the people we serve, enables us to provide care and support to help people move on in their lives.
