Shamanic Sacred Drumming. With Chris Headland.

Join with me, Christine Headland, in a Sacred Circle Drumming for your Heart and Health.
We begin by using Sacred Sage to smudge each person into the Circle Sage is a traditional method used to Cleanse the spirit and place oneself in the right space. To work as part of a sacred Circle.
We then bring in the power of the Medicine Wheel which gives us access to the power of the wheel and its protection whilst we are drumming
There are two individual rounds of drumming one for our hearts. The second for our own health. After each individual drum there will be messages from other member of the circle.
As we drum together over the weeks we will get more information and. Circe members have said they have noticed a reduction in their heart rate when practised weekly over a year.
The final drumming is determined by the energy of the circle. Examples may be for compassion, inner guidance, or peace.

Sound Bath Meditation With Chris Headland.

As a teacher for the College of Sound Healing I have worked with Sound and Healing for the last 12 years. In a Sound Bath I play music around and over you from my native American flute Tibetan bowls koshi bells Shamanic Drum and many other instruments all intuited by me for what the group need. Each session is different because of this all will help re-align your Chakras and give you what you need at that time.
There are a variety of Sound Baths within this range A Fibonacci
one using large tubes a planetary one and a Tibetan Bowl Chakra
tune up besides the generic one.
Each session lasts 1hr and 15mins Please bring mats blankets and pillow if you would like to lie down.

Using a Mala a bead necklace with 108 beads we count around as we sing simple heart affirming messages in ancient Sanskrit, for healing abundance joy and peace.
The Chants are simple allowing us to move into the creative side of our brain and come from many different traditions. Chanting is based on repetition as is Mantra it is in this repetition that we can calm and restore our hearts and minds join me for this monthly event.
